Refund policy

Returns

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

So that we can continue to offer a large selection at amazing prices, we cannot accept returns for money back. We will offer STORE CREDIT (and/or an exchange when possible).Please contact us on Gloveegee.group@gmail.com.

Please be sure to refer to the size chart if there is one available or let us know if you have any questions on sizing before ordering if you are unsure.

Returns & exchanges must be sent back in the original condition in which it was received with all tags attached, unwashed, no signs of wear, odor-free, and in the original packaging. There may be other instances in which a return is rejected which is up to our discretion. 

Before attempting a return/exchange, please contact us. If you do not contact us prior to sending a return/exchange,  package will be marked "Failed proper return". 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) (PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY PROVIDE STORE CREDIT AT THIS TIME.)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Gloveegee.group@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, we do a thorough quality check of all products for damages before shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Gloveegee.group@gmail.com
